GMB22: Meet Malwine Monyo aspiring to represent Volta Region.

Meet Malwine Monyo, a native of Ehi in the Volta Region in the Ketu north municipality. She’s a well-determined and pleasantly calm individual.
     Born on the 3rd of March 1996, Malwine started her basic school at Ehi E.P primary school and continued at Salifu Nkwanta district in the Oti Region. 
Due to her parents' profession, she continued her Junior High education at Joseph J.H.S in Apesokubi. And later went to St. Catherine senior high school, Agbakope in 2013 where she studied home economics. She’s also an alumnus of Dzodze Penyi Senior High School.

     Malwine is a dynamic young leader, as she has held various leadership positions relevant to society and culture while in school. She enjoys being in the position to guide, educate and learn.

However, she derived her passion for anything culture, and language from the people around her and the fact that she’s constantly moved around.

     Motivated by learning and succeeding, she is currently, a language student focusing on Ewe education at the University of Education, Winneba. (Ajumako campus)
She reflects varied personalities including, ambition, and the qualities of thoughtfulness and generosity.
There’s nothing more satisfying than spending time with kids and Malwine is a very big fan of kids.
     Significantly, she enjoys reading books and touring. She also has a passion for singing, dancing and acting; a great achievement that notably has boosted her public confidence and ushered her into pageantries such as Mama Gali 2017, Miss Theresa 2015, Miss best talent 2020 in Wli and the face of Volta 2019. 
     She is currently the crown winner of Mama Misego 2021. As a winner of these contests, her greatest achievement has been giving back to society whiles focusing on putting the language and culture of the Volta people on the map.
Through her passion for performing, she is aspiring to represent the Volta region in this year's Ghana's Most Beautiful Contest.
     Malwine aspires not to become just the nominee of Ghana’s Most beautiful but also hoping to bring alive the dominant aspects of the Ewe culture and be the ultimate winner of the 2022 Ghana’s Most Beautiful contest.
