HTU SRC Parliament hits another milestone

At the just-ended 2024 Commonwealth Debate Competition held at Accra, Ho Technical University SRC Parliament among other five competing SRCs triumphed over KNUST to clinch the 2nd runner-up.
At the end of the debate, the winner, the University of Cape Coast SRC Parliamentary Council, garnered 812 points, the 1st runner-up, the University of Ghana Parliament House had 736 points, the 2nd runner-up, Ho Technical University SRC Parliament had 699 points. Other University SRC Parliaments include KNUST SPH (673 points), CKT-UTAS - Navrongo (654 points), and Zenith University College SRC Parliament (521 points).
The principal speaker for HTU SRC Parliament was H.E Sampson Setsoafia - President of ELEESA and Patricia Prah (HTU Business General Secretary) was the supporting speaker. The backup speakers include Adonu Charles, the FAD Coordinator, and
Aduako Magdalene Motherlisa, FOE Coordinator.
The participating team from HTU SRC Parliament was under the supervision of the 5th Speaker of the HTU SRC Parliament, Rt. Hon. Eugene Kosivi.
