Akatsi: 2 Teenagers arrested in connection with Motorbike Robbery.

The suspects Destiny Adzakpo, age 17 and Seraphim Torgbo age 18 have been picked by the Police connection with a Haojue motorbike robbery that took place on Wednesday December 22, 2021 at Dzrakate near AKatsi.
Speaking to Media, Inspector Prince Dogbatse of the Volta Regional Public Affairs Unit of the Ghana Police Service said, the arrest was successful with support from the youth of Atidzive.
He said, the two fugitives were apprehended at Atidzive by the youth of the town after they were spotted today Friday December 24, 2021 about 06:30am following the publication of the incident.
The arrest, brings the number to three suspects.
Meanwhile, the trio, namely Destiny Adzakpo, Seraphim Torgbo and Godsway Sedofia were put before the Akatsi District Court and have all been remanded into police custody to reappear on Wednesday January 19, 2022.
However, the Police have launched a manhunt for the fourth suspect, Robert Sedofia, who is keeping in his custody the Haojue motorbike that was robbed from the victim.
The Volta Regional Police Command extends its appreciation to the youth of Atidzive for their vigilance and collaborative effort in arresting the culprits.
