CCT-GH CALLS FOR REVERSAL OF EXTENSION OF VACATION DAY TO 17TH.

The Coalition of Concerned Teachers, Ghana (CCT -GH) is demanding a reversal of extension of vacation date to 17th for the basic schools in the country.

According to the group, they said the change in the date to the 17th of December is doesn't fall within the academic calendar of the schools hence they're calling for the reversal.

Meanwhile, the academic calendar for 2021 is supposed to end on 7th December, 2021 for the JHS and 10th December, 2021 for the Pre-school and Primary.

So they are calling on GES to reverse it's decision with immediate effect and allow teachers to proceed on their vacation.
