Students of Asankragua Midwifery and Nursing College mourns colleagues.

Students of Asankragua Midwifery and Nursing Training College in the Wasa Amenfi West District of the Western Region of Ghana have put on red in honor of mourning their late colleagues.

In a post sighted by Konkonsah News indicates that, the students are mourning their colleagues who met their untimely demise last week.
According to sources,it is revealed that the two nursing trainees of the Asankragua Midwifery and Training College met their untimely death when a tricycle popularly known as"Pragya" on which they were was crushed on by a grader machine few hours after reporting to school on Saturday, January 15.

The students Priscilla Antwi Williams, a Level 300 student and her Level 200 counterpart, Ellen Ayitey Ansah, had gone to town to braid their hair and get some food items and coming back met their untimely demise.

The two students were confirmed dead at the Father Allan Rooney Memorial Hospital, by Dr. Emmanuel Ankama and their bodies have been deposited at the Catholic Hospital morgue.

Meanwhile, Four other students have sustained severe degrees of injuries. The medical doctor added, “we are attending to them, and they are responding to treatment.” Unfortunately, the driver of the grader machine is currently on the run.
