TOGBE DZOMATSI II (ASAFOFIA OF HO-BANKOE) Known on private life as Gregory Edmund Kudah, was born on March 24, 1977, in Ho, to Mr. Edward B.K Kukah and Madam Felicia Agbo. He was born into the Holuviefe Clan's Royal Kukah household.
From 1994 to 1996, Gregory attended St. Mary's Seminary Secondary School, where he earned his Senior Secondary School Certificate in General Arts. In August 2002, he received his Cert 'A' from Mount Mary Training College. He studied at the University of Education, Winneba for his Bachelor of Education in French from August 2006 to July 2010. Gregory also has a master's degree in communication (oil and gas management) from the University of Cape Coast.

Gregory's fluency in both English and French enabled him to accept a part-time position as Student Presenter at Radio Wind Bay in Winneba. He also worked as a radio presenter at Volta Star Radio in Ho in February 2003. 
He is currently the Senior Housemaster at Sokode Senior High School, where he has worked since 2013. Over the years, he has also held a variety of posts at the same school. He was appointed Head of Languages Department of the school in November 2010. This he managed efficiently while also serving as a Housemaster.
