Oti Regional Minister joins ESPV regional training to strengthen payroll accountability

The Oti Regional Minister, Hon. John Kwadwo Gyapong, this morning joined Directors and key officers from across the region at the Bosatsu Conference Hall for the Regional Training and Set-Up on the Electronic Salary Payment Voucher (ESPV) Administration System.

The ESPV system plays a crucial role in improving public payroll management, enhancing accuracy, and promoting financial discipline across government institutions. As a young and growing region, the Oti Region continues to prioritize digital systems that enhance accountability and strengthen public administration.

Hon. Gyapong was accompanied by the Regional Coordinating Director of the ORCC, the Regional Liaison Officer for National Security, and the Assistant Director I at the ORCC. The team interacted briefly with participants before the commencement of the training.

The Minister expressed confidence that the exercise will greatly support efforts to build an efficient, transparent, and credible public administration system in the Oti Region.
