Be Proud of Your Culture- VORSAG-UEW President Tells Ewe Students

The President of the Volta Region Students’ Association of Ghana, University of Education, Winneba chapter (VORSAG-UEW), Tɔgbui Agbanu Eric, has called on Ewe students to uphold their cultural identity and speak their language with confidence.

He made this appeal while delivering a speech at the VORSAG-UCC General Meeting held at the UCC Main Auditorium.

Tɔgbui Agbanu reaffirmed VORSAG-UEW’s commitment to preserving the cultural heritage of the Volta Region, describing the Ewe language and traditions as vital pillars of unity and identity.

He highlighted that diversity remains one of VORSAG’s greatest strengths and should continue to foster mutual respect among students.

The meeting, themed “Decades of VORSAG: Reflecting on Our Journey, Repositioning for Impact,” also encouraged freshers to actively engage in association activities.

Tɔgbui Agbanu concluded by announcing VORSAG-UEW’s readiness to collaborate with VORSAG-UCC to strengthen relations between the two universities through joint programs and events.
